The schools participating are....Celina, Kenton Ridge, Lehman, Milton-Union, Northwestern, Piqua, St. Mary's, and Tipp. Come out and support your local tennis players and have fun watching some tennis! | | JUNIOR USTA: | | SUMMER USTA JUNIOR TEAM TENNIS Calling all juniors!! Bud is putting together the summer USTA Junior Team Tennis teams. There are teams for 18 & under, 14 & under, 12 & under and 10 & under. If you are interested in playing team tennis this summer, please give Bud a call. The teams travel to local clubs to compete as well as play at STC. Competitions take place on Wednesdays and Saturdays and you are not required to be at every match. We are also interested in gathering all of our juniors birthdates, so if you think the club needs your juniors birthdate, please give it to the desk staff. This is kept/used for usta tennis reference. Thank you! | | CONDITIONING CLASS: | | FREE CONDITIONING CLASS!! STARTING SATURDAY APRIL 29.... CALLING ALL MIDDLE SCHOOL AND HIGH SCHOOL TENNIS PLAYERS! We are offering a new conditioning class on Saturdays from 2:00pm-3:00pm, starting April 29, for five weeks. The dates of the class will be: 4/29, 5/6, 5/13, 5/20, and 5/27. Come try the first class on April 29th for FREE! If the class is a good fit, you can take the remaining 4 classes for $55.
The class will be taught by Melanie Redd, an ACE Certified Personal Trainer for PowerGlow Fitness. The workouts will be safe and effective conditioning that addresses endurance, strength, mobility, stability, and flexibility. (This is NOT crossfit!) There will be some focus on core strength, to help towards injury prevention. You can go to www.trxtraining.com to see an example of some of the exercises. So come get your sweat on! Call the club, lets get summer tennis organized! | | INVOICES: | | STC IMPLEMENTING NEW BILLS Beginning with May's billing, STC will be sending out your bill via email (from billing@schroedertennis.com), in hopes of transitioning to online billing over the next couple months. You will receive a bill in the mail (a hard copy) as well as a bill in your email. The two bills should have the same amount due! The club is asking for your patience through this transition as well as your help. Over the next couple weeks, please verify that the club has your accurate email address.
