FREE CONDITIONING CLASS!!
CALLING ALL MIDDLE SCHOOL AND HIGH SCHOOL TENNIS PLAYERS! We are offering a new conditioning class on Saturdays from 2:00pm-3:00pm, starting April 29, for five weeks. The dates of the class will be: 4/29, 5/6, 5/13, 5/20, and 5/27. Come try the first class on April 29th for FREE! If the class is a good fit, you can take the remaining 4 classes for $55.
The class will be taught by Melanie Redd an ACE Certified Personal Trainer for PowerGlow Fitness. Melanie specializes in strength training. You can check out Melanie's website at powerglowfitness.com. The workouts will focus on improving power, mobility, and stability safely and effectively. The class is designed to improve overall tennis game as well as cross training for injury prevention. So come get your sweat on! SPACE IS LIMITED!!
