PRIVATE LESSON AND COURT TIME RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

Dear Members,

We have been having some issues with people cancelling their private lessons without adequate notice.

We need to give our pros time to schedule someone else if you can’t make it to your lesson, or allow the club to sell that court time to someone.  Last minute cancellations won’t give us enough time to do that.

Teaching is how our tennis pros earn their living to support their families.  If you are not going to make it to your private lesson, please give at least 48 hours’ notice or you will be charged for the lesson.  In many situations a pro will have a waiting list of players that would like to have a private lesson with them.  48 hours’ notice will give them the opportunity to contact those players.

This also applies to reserved court time.  If you need to cancel your scheduled court time, please give at least 48 hours’ notice.  This will allow the club to sell that court time to someone else.
