KETTERING FAIRMONT WINS!!

STC GIRLS HIGH SCHOOL INVITE - AUGUST 19, 2017

On Saturday, August 19 Schroeder Tennis Center hosted one of its annual Girls High School Invitationals. Fairmont's girls slid past St. Mary's for a win with a total of 35 points. St. Mary's came in a close second place with a total of 33 points. CONGRATULATIONS FAIRMONT!

Clare Caywood from St. Mary's won the 1st Singles Division. Madeline Taphorn from Fairmont won the 2nd Singles Division. Sam Turner from Fairmont won the 3rd Singles Division. Ally Hess/Jaime Pacenta won the 1st Doubles Division. Grace Dicke/Bailey Lininger won the 2nd Doubles Division.

The club would like to thank all of the schools for their participation: St. Mary's, Lehman, Celina, Kenton Ridge, Northwestern, Carroll, Wayne, and Kettering Fairmont.                GREAT TENNIS!

NET GENERATION EXHIBITION

Bud had the opportunity to organize a group of STC's young tennis players and send them to the Western & Southern Open in Cincinnati this past Saturday, August 19, to participate in the USTA 2017 Net Generation On-Court Exhibition. The demonstration event was held on center court prior to the first match. The kids had a great time participating in some tennis drills and showing off their skills!

Thank you to all of the parents for allowing your children to take part in this special event. A special thank you to Manu Aggarwal and Jim Amick of the USTA for their help at the event.

CONGRATULATIONS BUD!!

Bud was inducted into the Midwest USPTA Hall of Fame at the ATP in Cincinnati on Thursday, August 17.

$15 per person per event (maximum of two events including mixed doubles)

All entry forms must be received (not mailed) by Monday, August 28, 2017.

Your responsibilities would include:

-greeting clients

-answering phones

-cash register

**Open availability required. Prefer 18 yrs and older.**

We are looking for an individual to add to our office staff. We need someone who is great at multi-tasking.

The responsibilities would be:

-data entry (computer knowledge is a must)

-billing (basic accounting knowledge would be a plus)

**This is a part-time weekday position. We are looking for an experienced adult.**
